REFUNDS & cancellations

If your team can no longer participate in the Great Adventure Challenge please contact us to discuss your options. Requests for funds of entry fees can be made up to one month before the event date. where a refund of entry fees (less a 20% admin fee) will be organised.  After this date no refunds will be issued.

If the event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason so deemed by the organisers, the event will be rescheduled to a new date. If your team cannot make the new date the above refund policy applies.

Any fundraising money donated through online pages or offline donations directly to Starlight Children’s Foundation before time of cancellation, will not be refunded.
