It's the moment you have all been waiting for, the location of the QLD 2016 Great Adventure Challenge is...
South D’Aguilar National Park!
The park is located on parts of the D’Aguilar Range. The large nature reserve lies on the western boundary of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, in Enoggera Reservoir, adjacent to The Gap and between the Mount Coot-tha Reserve on the Taylor Range and higher peaks to the north. South D’Aguilar National Park supports plants and animals and is essential to their survival. The main entrance is located in the suburb of The Gap although there are a number of other access points.
The park contains expanses of eucalypt woodland, sheltered pockets of subtropical rainforest, remote gorges and spectacular views to Moreton Bay and the Glass House Mountains, making the area an ideal venue for the Great Adventure Challenge.
Check out the official National Park site that lists all the features of that the park has to offer.
